Setting Up Service
Your Dedicated Account Manager will set up your service by completing a detailed Work Order with you over the phone. This is like a virtual walk through your home, gathering all the details and instructions to make sure you're 100% satisfied every time we clean your home. This form is then emailed to you so you can be confident all your instructions are entered into your Work Order correctly. Our cleaners will follow these detailed instructions to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Satisfaction
Your Dedicated Account Manager will follow up after your initial cleaning to confirm you are completely satisfied. You will also receive an email satisfaction survey after every cleaning. Your Account Manager will check in with you periodically to make sure you are happy and is your contact for any changes, reschedules, or anything related to your cleaning. If they are not immediately available, another one of our Account Managers will be happy to help.
